Seniors: 5:30pm-7pm
Ladies: 7pm-8:30pm
Note: these will be intensive classes (and hard work) but well worth it. We encourage ALL seniors & ladies to attend.
Please arrive early to warm up, so you are ready to go right when your class time starts as we will have a lot to cover.
